We are looking for a Welfare Assistant for our newly refurbished school. This is a busy and varied role rewarded with:

 

LSA High School provides our learning community with excellent education in addition to a wide range of extracurricular activities from football to fencing with many activities in between! We are proud of our school and work to high standards to ensure a vibrant, fun and safe environment for our staff, families and students.

 

We are looking to appoint a Welfare Assistant to join our large and vibrant school. The successful candidate will support teaching and learning by assisting with the safety, welfare and good conduct of students during the break and lunchtime periods.

An essential part of the role will be understanding the school safeguarding protocols and adhering to the statutory requirements for regulated activity with children, always ensuring student safety and well-being.

 

There are exciting times ahead for the school as we anticipate becoming a member of The Coastal Collaborative Trust.

Salary: Foundation Living Wage (Actual salary £9,502.30)
