We are looking for a Business Support Operations Manager for our newly refurbished school. This is a busy and varied role rewarded with:

The Business Support Operations Manager will lead the reception teams and the business support function of school. We will look to you to ensure there is a high standard for all visitors and robust safeguarding systems are followed. Other responsibilities include responding to complaints, providing high quality administrative support to the Headteacher and SLT, liaising with governors and external agencies and supporting statutory processes. This a key role where you will work collaboratively with staff, families and external agencies for the best outcomes for all. Further details are available in the job description attached.

 

We would love to speak to you if you have excellent communication, organisation and administrative skills, with the ability to work on your own initiative whilst leading a team of staff. Previous experience of working in a similar role providing high quality administrative support with a keen eye for detail or of working flexibly in a fast-paced environment would be welcomed. An essential part of the role will be understanding the school safeguarding protocols and adhering to the statutory requirements for regulated activity with children, always ensuring student safety and well-being.
