A-C-E (Achieve, Change and Engagement) Charity
There is a new telephone support service for young people between the ages of 11 - 25 in the Lancaster, Morecamble and Fylde and Wyre area provided by A-C-E Charity (Achieve, Change and Engagement) to support young people with their emotional health and well being during this difficult time. The telephone line is available from 10am to 10pm, 7 days a week. The staff who are answering the calls are all practitioner's employed by A-C-E. The number is 0800 144 8461.

Butterfly and Phoenix Project
The Butterfly & Phoenix Project provides one to one counselling (6-8 sessions) to young people aged 11-18. Counselling helps young people to explore triggers to their issues and helps them to identify and utilise alternative coping mechanisms.
